2010 General Assembly Update:

Through the efforts of VAA, HB 462, Delegate Rosalyn R. Dance, was stricken from the docket of the House Transportation Committee, and is thus dead for the session. A summary of the bill as introduced: Prohibits sale of aftermarket exhaust components that, when used, would result in violation of exhaust system noise limits.
